Suspension recommendation?

I am looking for some recommendations for suspension for my 182. I have been looking into Eibach Pros Springs, and i was wondering does anyone have any experience in running them with standard RS shocks-do they cope? Or would i be best going for new shocks and springs. Opinions welcome.

Personaly new shock with new springs even stock shocks unless your willing to spend a load of very good ie better than stock shocks.
