Suspension Set Up - North West (open on a sunday?!?)

Had K-tec coilovers finished yesterday, they are all over the place though, car is currently understeering even at 30mph and won't go in a straight line.

So could do with getting them set-up today as don't fancy doing 40 down the motorway again tuesday morning rush hour :dead:.

Any garages in the North West who are open today or bank holiday tomorrow who can do a full suspension set-up (tracking/camber/toe)?

Just found out i've left my locking wheel nut key in Rotherham aswell, completely fooked now :-\

You can alter the tracking yourself with the wheels on, it's just hard graft TBF

a basic front wheel alignment from a kwik fit would make it more driveable

may be a dat question, but can you access the camber bolts with the wheels still on? Setting them to full negative would at least make it safer for the time being

Is it easier enough to do pal? Just jack it up and away you go?

Jack it up, get underneath and you should see an ovaled washer on one side of the hub bolts. Line the washer up so that the thick part is pushing the bottom of the hub out.

Setting them to full negative would at least make it safer for the time being

Make sure there is clearence from the top of inside tyre to the adjuster rings, last thing you want is a blow out aswel.

Sorted to a point in the end, put to full negative, tracking still quite out but it's easily driveable now, back end rubs though on tight corners so think I may have to raise them a bit
