suspension

hey heyyyy

Id like to lower my clio but dont have a clue about suspension kits  What id like to know is should i go for fixed damping or adjustable?? whats the difference??

Theres a spax kit on k-tecs website that lowers -55. what do you guys think??

any info would be great :p (sorry about being a bit thick *lol*)

Depends what you want..

Id go for adjustables, then you can play with it so its right for you.. do cost a bit extra tho!

adj means rebound adj only, unless stated that it is fully compression and rebound adj, which means virtually useless, all youll do is slow the rete of return for the wheel over bumps, and you want it to return as fast as possible without disturbing the car.
