Swapping Side Repeaters

Ordered some fresh side repeaters as old ones were grubby,

is there a guide to reset this at all or anyone with any tips for a quick changeover?

Flat head screwdriver in the groove. Carefully prise it out.

Just be careful not to catch the paint

then do i just disconnect the wires and connect to my new ones? Never done anything like this haha

Pretty simple really, take the yellow backing paper off the tape, squeeze the deflector and put the front in first. Then just push those metal clips in. There are instructions included and a video on YouTube

put a rag or tea towel between the screwdriver and car to avoid catching the paint

The gap is quite narrow so not sure you'll get that in between. Maybe wrap the end in masking tape?

I'm on about the main bit of the screwdriver not the tip lol just have it as close to the tip as possible

where do the clips fit?

Put one in the middle of the diagonal bit and one in the middle of the straight bit

SUPER GLUE TIME ( lol when i go to open my window hahah)

They go up inside the frame where the window goes mate.

Don't use superglue xD leave them overnight, they should be alright once they've settled.

cheers, get them clips done tomorrow, and then the RS grill.

tried getting my normal crap grill off the weekend broke all the clips off but i cant seem to get it off, been told the bumper HAS to come off

Bumper doesn't have to come off to swap the grills.

It might be easier but it's still possible to remove it with the bumper on.

between me and you, off topic, what would you say a black clio with white alloys and door handles would look like? i cant get photoshop on my laptop or i would have a look. it seems that I will have to give it a go, or never know :') will i have to get inside the door cards for that?

White wheels could look good but I don't think the door handles would.

If you're not sure, post up a thread asking for a Photoshop. Make sure you provide a decent photo otherwise people won't bother

Now I can change my suspension change all bumpers, sunroof, steering wheel etc. You will never learn if u don't try
