Swapping tyres on same axle

Just been checking over my tyres pre-mot time. Noticed by front n/s tyre is just below 4mm, front o/s is just under 5mm.

I expect this to be due to roundabouts and pushing on sometimes...

Is there any reason I can't switch front tyres over to equal the wear, got a nagging feeling about how they scrub etc.

Any info would be great, cheers.

will be fine as long as the tyres are not directional.

if they are directional will need to get them swapped round on the wheel.

depends, some tyres are lh and rh side only. You posted while I was typing
