Sweaky Suspension

When I get into my 172 cup a sweaky noise comes from the suspension. I have not had any problems in the past - however when i go over speed bumps the front suspension makes a sweaky noise. Does anyone else have any problems like this?

Lol....

Ive got this problem now.... and think i have had it before. The last time it only squeaked when turning and going over bumps, but now its just bumps. The last time it was the strut top mounts.

I also have a squeak when turning, just from the near side tho. what can be done to the strut tops to rectify this?
