Switching off Airbag light?

I have recently fitted a ph1 sport interior to my 1.2 ph2 Clio, Just wondering how the airbag light is turned off as the connectors on the seat have been butchered by the looks of them. I have looked at the threads about fitting in 3.3 ohm resistors, I tried that fitting the resistor between the brown/ orange plugs on the black connectors on the car however the light remained on? any ideas? :S

Airbag faults are self clearing so the light will disappear when the problem is fixed. There's probably still a fault somewhere
