Been given one of these for work purposes. It will be used to recieve and and close service calls using SAP software and linked direct to Germany!!! (i'm a Service Eng)
I've been using a Siemans SX45 before but the software we used for the call logging made the Windows environment dissappear and was more than useless.
With the MDA all the Windows stuff is still going to be usable so hopefully it will become a usable tool and I understand the email + web will be usable.
Oh... and we get to use it as a phone too!!
Has anyone got/used one of these and if so what can be expeced of it? IE TOM TOM?? etc..etc..
