I've done it myself but i would recommend taking it to a bodyshop as it looks better. (a little bit of normal car paint mixed with a large amount of clear lacquer)



Never been pulled over and they passed the M.O.T.

if i remember correctly it does say on the tin (NOT ROAD LEGAL)

But as long as the

- reflector is noy painted and the
- lights all illuminate properly with the right amount of visible light

then its fine.

Looks as if the reflector has been painted over but i think its probably still "reflective"

as the tinting is only very light.

Anythign darker and i would say your coming into the illegal area!

ive heard you can put on a reflective strip if needed onto the lights somwhere. (if it was to be too dark)
