The worst internet provider I have ever had to use, and I've been on AOL before.
Continually loses connection, absolutely no support unless you pay £1.50 p/minute.
Any one else with them who can shed some light on how to actually get a reliable connection.
This is on wireless by the way, don't know what it is like on a wired connection, as I have no interest in sitting in the hall on top of the tumble drier.
Would a new router help?
