Tapping when hard accelerating

Ive had a search and couldnt find anything so here goes:

I dont know if this is normal but when I accelerate hard in first gear there is a ticking/tapping noise above 5k rpm. car is a 182, any help would be much appreciated trying to work out what is making the noise!

Will be the exhaust manifold hitting the subframe. Change the engine mounts, first stop would be the dog bone mount. That's the most common one to wear.

Sweet man il get it changed, i did notice that there is a big dent at the bottom of the manifold! Cheers
