If your renewal notice was printed and sent to you before 31st. Mar it would quote the prices on the old RFL banding. The new banding pricing started on Apr 1st. Some bands have gone up and some down. Mine , Fabia VRS, was due end of Mar and was quoted at £120 but as I was late renewing on 3Apr. I only had to pay £110. I'm lucky with that one but of course the Cup will has gone up next renewal.
