So my temp gauge has recently not been getting to half way, sitting about 1/4 to 1/3 & today it was up and down, all over the place (never above 1/2 though).
Looks like I have a coolant temp sensor or thermostat fault - my question is : if either was faulty would this show up on a diagnostic reader?
I just want to be sure before changing anything.
