temp gone sky high and spedo stoped working

yes mate gone all the way up before i even start it judt turn key and it flys up and spedo dont work

If the water temp is high when you're starting the car from cold then doesn't sound like the temp guage is accurate which is obviously a good thing

Checked fuses? Sounds like a electronic fault mate. If im not mistaken speedo reading is from the abs, but its affecting temp reading too...so hoo hum

My speedo is fuked too. not sure what it is but temp has not changed
