temperture gauge

hey guys jst been tlking to my mate and he has a temp gauge on the screen that displays the radio.
nothing shows up on mine:S is it a option for certain models or is is simply broke.
the car is a 2005 extreme 4 1.2 16v

yeah, check that there's a 'nipple' like thing underneath there.

It could be that the bulb in your display has gone.

EDIT.

If it had blown then you wouldn't be able to see time/ radio channels.

theres no nipple but theres a hole

you dont have a temp sensor...dont think any of the 'special edition' clios did (i.e. extreme, campus etc).

although thinking about it, i think the billabong did.

hmm, you probably could.

go to your nearest scrappy, ask where the renaults are, find one with a temp sensor, take it out, put it in your pocket and walk out saying you couldnt find what you were looking for.

can i jst take the nipple off and jst use like normal wire or will i have to get the whole connection off it. also wht u reckon the stealers will charge?
