Testing tweeters resistance

Car  Clio 200 LY/SV650S
Just got two tweeters, testing their resistance but getting nothing on ohms, however with speakers I am. Guess tweeters fooked?

is there any capacitors on the tweeters? As they are sometimes wired in series and would show as open circuit if it was. I'd just connect them to some thing and see if they work

Yes, as above.

If they're the factory tweeters they'll have a capacitor built-in in series with the tweeter coil (it's acts as the crossover to block low frequencies getting to the tweeter.)

not factory ones, there vibe ones, got a crossover unit also. So guessing no in built capacitor?

just one or both of them?? i have a spare vibe blackair tweeter if you wanna buy it??
