The 2.5k - 3k RPM rattle

Metallic tin can sounding rattle ( coming from middle to rear end section of the car ) between 2.5k - 3k RPM no rattle at idle no CEL so im not sure if its actually the cat thats going, car runs fine no powerlosses.
The rattle started after a 30 minute spirited run if anyone has any experience with this and what it may be feel free to chime in thanks

Heat shield?

Mine was the bolt which holds the metal bar to the dogbone. It was just spinning at constant revs, drove me insane, but an easy fix.

Probably heat shield. Have a rummage round underneath and see if anything feels loose.

Turned out to be the centre silencer, so i guess ill just delete it.
