I completely forgot that the source code was leaked. I remember downloading it via a torrent and thinking "yeh so that's a waste of some hard drive space"

Steam Beta was epically bad. Friends didn't work for about 4 years? Having to basically download CS 1.6 beta everytimr you wanted to start it up (doing that with ISDN connected at 128k took along time). That also reminds me how awesome an ISDN line was for games. Ran round like a spounge being unhittable whilst sill having awesome reg

Re-played them both last week, didn't take very long at all. In EP2 when you're in the mines with the Antlion detectors, I actually went all tingly when the last swarm came and the music kicked in
