Does anyone know whether the rumour for the 200bhp Clio Trophy is actually the real deal and can I order today for the Summer!!!

Please get back to me on this one...anyone!!!

It wont be 200 bhp, more like 182 still.

If Renault want to sell the new shape model in Sport guise then it will need to have 200 bhp!

Its rumoured to be a special edition, which presumably means itll run alongside the 182 models.

The numbered plaque suggests to me that it will be a fairly low-volume model.

Hopefully itll capture some of the exclusivity of the Williams. IMO the successive 172/182 models have done everything but that.

there was a story in auto express about it, said it was gana be yellow only as well and a limited run of around 500 or so. The power gains were not confirmed, but there WILL be a model with 17inch alloys and yellow paint before the next generation clio comes out.

expect it for july/aug.

yup, although the Vee might hold its value... realistically how low can the prices on the cars go, its a lot of car for your money however you look at it, all Reno Sports have been from the valver to the 182.

If its limited in number i think im going to sell or px my 182 cup for it. The 182 cup is stunning car, id just like to have the last version of this amazing car. I think the new shape clio will be heavier and not as much fun so im not likely to hold on for that.

well see, but renault sport models seem to be getting more and more fun as they progress, not as much feedback, but still great fun

wouldnt surprise me if the new rs clio is just as good, if not better than the outgoing model
