The rattle is now there all the time, not just at low speeds. Renault took alook and said they would have to book it in for the day to take the dash out and try to find where its coming from. This means I have to pay £20 for a replacement vehicle so I can get to work. Surely a courtesy car is meant to be free?
Also, they say that Renault warantee only covers rattles up to 6000 miles so it will have to be paid for. I am point blank refusing to pay for this, considering I only bought the car 3 weeks ago this is not unreasonable? WHile I did not get it from the Renault garage who are doing the work (Charles Hurst) I did buy it from another Charles Hurt garage nearby who deal in Peugeots. Needless to say I am not a happy camper, something will have to give but I WILL NOT pay for this!
