I've had a quit a little break from photography, my anxiety kicked in a few months ago and haven't been out since. This was taken in August, need to dig myself out of this hole

Here's a pic from Chemical Beach

Easier said than done but I'm sure setting your alarm for silly early and just getting out there will kick start you again!

I've been on a break too, nothing as serious as you Mark, just busy with the baby and work.
I got up at 5.30 the other morning, My first day off that I could have had a lye in to go out for sunrise. It was s**t. Ended up soaked, getting a few shots then going home.
Need to use my camera more!

When I was going home after taking my previously shared pic (Transnatural Morning), I spotted these sunbeams in the forest, so I had to stop to take some pics. The road is called Zagyvaróna - Cered, the best tarmac rallye special stage in Hungary (no doubt, it is my most favourite road - ideal for my Williams and it is only 5 miles from my home). There are more than 120 curves within approx. 8 miles.

Took this shot a while ago and thought it wasn't usable.
Had another go at editing yesterday and I think it turned out quite decent. Never underestimate the power of RAW shots

You could get awesome shots with a proper camera.

First time taking a picture of the moon with a DSLR, I know it's nothing compared to what some of you guys can/are producing, but I was happy with it. This was Christmas eve, on the driveway leaning on the wifes car roof.

That's crazy depth of field. I've never ventured away from the standard lens my camera came with... really need to get something new. Is that achieved with a 50mm? Looks great btw!

Nice looking shot above, great scene and composition, leading line, shame the sun is burnt out and sun flare on the lens. If youd have some Graduated Filters/CLP Filters to reduce the glare and to put some blue back in the clouds you've grealty improved the picture

First thanks mate, I tried for about 20 minutes to get a decent line up with the Sun/Background.
I've kept the RAW file from this photo as it's one of my favourites, will be useful for practicing editing on it.

If you've got the Photoshop you can do a lot on there to improve the editing, people can spends hours and hours on editing
