Looking good fella, I think i recognise that bit of road, like you say you can soon see if anythings coming, usually a tractor anyway,
I seriously thought I could jump straight in the 182 from the 172, and it'd be identical to drive.
I was wrong, it feels to pull a bit better from lower in the rev range, and the 5k kick is more noticable.
Everything seems smoother, and there's no rattles...yet.
It holds the road much better than the 172 did. Feels much more planted, and and has the same feel to it my 106 gti had, very go-kart like. The 172 was good, but this is better, the cup suspension together with the exaltos really work well.
At night driving along at normal speeds though, I forget I'm in a different car, just seems like the 172, I only remember when I see the silver bonnet under lights.

Glad you took the plunge and joined the righteous few with a Titanium 182 with cup packs. Like to think I influenced your choice at Combe last year. Hope thet you can make it to Krispy Kremes on Thursday.
Funny you should say that, but yours was the first titanium with cup packs I saw in real life. I also saw a few pics on here too and just thought the colours went well together. When I saw one in a dealership for sale, I had to have it.
Not everyone likes the silver, but I think it's really suited to the 182.
I really hope to make KK on Thursday, as I'm a KK virgin, and I really want to see the new 197 cup if it's going to be there. Just have to hope I can leave work a little early to make it!!
