'The one-touch '

Hi guys,i have a 1.2 mk3 clio and was wondering if its suppose to have a one-touch system on the windows? i have to hold the button up/down until its down or up. and the passenger window seems to go down slower than the drivers side..

my passenger side does go down slower than my drivers side. My one touch windows works for the driver side but not the passenger side

That's my experience, not sure if that's right or not

Push and hold the button till it's all the way down but keep hold of the button for a few seconds, then do the same upto the top. Think it's something like that?

Done that but doesn't seem to be working

Already tried that and it didn't work
