Thick snow foam

Quick question! First time I tried snow foaming my car today did an inch of fluid in the bottle then filled with warm water, problem I had was that it didn't seem that thick, the snow foam I mean how do you guys get it thick? Seemed to fall off my car within 2 mins

Did you adjust the twister? What snow foam?

As above... What snow foamer are you using? Hopefully not one of those cheapo Ebay jobbies also what wax is on your car?

Got the i4 detailing snow foam and snow foam lance and the car has got ag arp on it as well as mega nxt tec wax

yeah got it sorted in the end! did my car then my old mans, gf and mums lol didnt notice the adjuster at first some how, just got to play around with how open to have the nozzel and how much it should be towards the + or -.

well impressed with it so far seemed to give a better result after just washing it.

Thick is not always best. I use about 1cm of snowfoam, and fill the rest with hot water. I have an old snowfoam lance thing, not the HD lance.

yeah i didnt mean like custard thick was more like the second i put it on the car it came off like water the second time i did it it seemed to stay on the car lot longer! just a bit of playing around and im sure ill get it dialled in

i like to have it nice and thick so it sticks to the paintwork better, normally just put in a load of snowfoam and less water, works pretty well.

Might have to remember that so how long would you leave it on the paint work cuple of mins?

well i leave it on until it has more or less all dropped off, until it looks like it is drying. then just simply go over with the pressure washer

I used to use about 1" of SSF then half fill the bottle with warm water. 1l should cover 2 cars at least !

The nosil was all but screwed right the way in. i think that it was about half a turn out at most !

Give that a go.

First time I did it I used the whole bottle on my clio, the second time I got my dads bmw and mums focus done on one bottle! Would the strength of the pressure washer affect the foam?
