Think my laptops fooked... Pc guru's help pls!

Basically my Laptop has been running sweet as a nut untill last sunday when i saved some pictures on photo bucket..So heres the problem, i seem to be getting loads of pop-ups, when i click things like interent explorer, emails & even parts on here it just makes the click noise then doesnt load or do anything, it all just seems to be running abit off & the these pops telling me my computer is full of spy ware & will destroy its self if i dont pay up on these web sites... so is there any thing i can do/download that will fix this? or is my computer fooked, norton anti-virusus ran out about 2 months ago so really only have my slef to blame... & just a quick thing to point out, on this laptop i have never downloaded any music from these sharing sites, it doesnt even go on any p**n!Thanks,James

run crapcleaner (google crap cleaner and download from filehippo)
run adaware (google adaware get from loads of places)
run a defrag too

Thanks mate, will give that a go now, turns out i cannot even right click copy now... really dont fancy £300 for a new laptop at the moment, f**king gimps sitting in there bedrooms making shitty viruses!!!!!

Either pay norton for another year (or not) or get rid of it and get AVG free edition, just as good imo.

As for the spyware, the ones as above and also google Spybot search and destroy to make sure all the crap is gone.

Check you startup programs aswell if its running a bit slow, go to start run, or search if its vista, and type msconfig, click the start up tab and then check whats got ticks next to it against this list http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php to see if you need it or not

You don't need to be gettin p**n/music for spyware to get on the pc, it happens just from surfing the web a lot of the time

There was a fix for totally removing it I used a while ago - never had a problem after it went. Thats if there isn't the uninstall option though

I think it causes more problems being on there, its so resource hogging it almost brings the computer to a stop if its not super powerful
