Just got another 3 points for doing 82 in a 60!

Im already paying £1000 for insurance on a clean licence and this is the second set of three points in two weeks (and bad luck comes in threes of course, ill keep you posted on the next set!!) I refuse to pay much more than a G for a piece of paper!

Oh tits!

Anyone in insurance who can give me an idea of the loading I can be expecting come renewal time?

I thought I may have been caught twice in two weeks but it was only once. Thinking the worst I got a quote online with 6 points entered and it upped the quote from £650 to just under £900 IIRC, so you are looking at around £250+ I would say mate.

That is really bad luck to get caught in such a short space of time !

I live in North Wales (yes speed camera heaven for coppers) and still have no points on my license. Even the coppers dont believe me when I tell them LMAO!

I wouldnt mind but its a nice straight bit of road, on a clear night, in a car designed for that sort of speed, the only car near me was behind the only other traffic was about 300m in front.

Then after theyve finished with me I get over taken by some w**ker in a 30 limit!! Theres something not quite right there!

They told me to have a nice night, which pissed me of, so I had to pull away from them by bouncing off the limiter in 1st and hitting the shift light in second. Got a bad start so maybe a 0-60 in the low 7s!
