It isn't a cup mate, its full fat and the best person to speak to about how much it was lowered is Yozzasport (Fred or Yoz) I am sure 50mm was mentioned .. lol

Just a totally different ride mate .. got to be careful round ramps, holes in road etc..

The ride isn't harsh at all as I got softer springs.. the ride is quite bouncy for this said reason compared to the normal cup suspension which was quite hard ..
