This TV Any good?

I feel the need for a new TV, I have an LCD but it's very old (no HD etc), the remote doesn't work and now the buttons on the set are starting to funk up...

This is on Play.com as a deal for Today only, am I just buying into the "sale" or is it actually a good deal (I know chuff all about TV's tbh lol)

Looks pretty decent panasonic tv's do well in the which? magazine tests. google the response time on it though. The lower the better.

Panasonic are good they have the best sound too... not a bad price at all!
