thoughts on this noise....

On the way back from footy I noticed an odd sought if air noise coming from the suspension on the front when going ove bumps. It may have allways been there but only noticed as I had the radio off. Bit hard to explain but it sounds like its coming from the shocks.? Normal? What do you think?

Mine does this, and is pretty loud. Interested to hear what it may be!

The gas in the dampers being compressed? I think this is normal.
