Throttle body to filter hose

I was going to buy a hillpower hose the other day but wondered if there was any other altenatives....

I found this website what does Samco 90 degree bends for £20ish.

is 70mm the correct size to fit from the throttle body to my viper?

I think im going to buy a K&N crankcase vent filter for the breather pipe http://www.knfilters.com/search/universal.aspx

any 1 know the size i would need for the breather filter off top of their head?

any info would be much appreciated as im a dumb ass and might be talking poo!

is silicone a good material for heat resistance or would i be better off with an alloy pipe?

It probably wont make any difference, I just wanna get the best out of my viper really.

70mm bore is the size for the 90 degree hose .

its the correct size but its missing the elbow for the engine breather pipe.

That should be fine mate. Just ensure the leg length is long enough to reach the airbox. Don't worry about the breather, just vent it with a length of pipe under the car or put a breather filter on as you say.

The crank case breather filters are only 8 quid on the site you posted as well , cheap as chips !

Just ordered a 70mm Samco 90 degree bend in black and a 15mm breather filter

Samco hose = £20.61
Breather = 7.99
Delivery = 8.99

total = 37.59

I will take some pics when I have fitted em!

the hill power one is only about a fiver more..

The Hillpower 1 is £55ish + delivery so thats about £60, so thats £23 cheaper + he never seems to answer phone or email.
