throttle cable, will this one fit or shall i buy a renault one?

Got a sticky accelerator cable so im gonna replace it, the guy selling this one on egay seems to think they are all the same, is this true and if so will that replacement part be any good?

theres a guide to changing it in the guide section, follow the original route or it will still stick LOL
