throttle positioning sensor valve

Anyone else having this problem car will turnover but won't start. It is bringing up the light in middle of the dash with the squiggly line and it's not the tdc sensor

Its saying throttle position sensor valve circut and another code saying supply after relay

I read the data on the snap on computer theres a bit that says ecu after ignition absent ??
