throttle problem

Since I picked up the 182 it doesnt seem to pull good when accelerating. Got it onto the bluetooth obd reader and throttle to the floor is only registering around 3/4 according to it. Can the throttle cable be adjusted at all is this a common issue

Ignore the data, it's most likely wrong as they never show 0% at idle or 100% at WOT
