I've used spiceworks alot in the past and still an active member on their forums. Thinking about Spiceworks as replacement ticketing system for my new company , but osticket sounds good.

Jimmy, you can integrate spiceworks is probably better if you still use it......... got to love their forums.

I've used Clarify, very dated...

Our company uses that too, but its recently been replaced by Amdocs Smart Client which i can only assume is the latest version of Clarify. Its now a Java based app rather than C++ or whatever Clarify was. Seems alright so far actually.
