tighten sunroof screws?

how do i tighten these screws? i think i have found this to be the problem with the leaking sunroof.. does the plastic bit on top of the grass pop off and there is another screw?

They are all under the headliner mate, take of the strip along the inside of the sunroof and you should see about 40 million torx screws lol about 13 ish
