Hi all,
I'm new here as my sister recently purchased a 2002 1.2 16V Clio. It has 83,000 miles on it.
I was searching for a write-up on How to Change the Timing Belt.
Anyone ever see that online before?
Dead easy on the 1.2 basically just need to support the engine, remove engine mount, remove alternator belt, remove plastic covers and line up the pulleys.
Renault belts come with white marks on the belt to line up with the marks on the pulleys so makes it even easier. Change the belt tensioner while your at it and make sure you get the locating lug for the tensioner in place.
Their really isn't a lot more too it than that iirc.
