Timing belt

Hello guys I'm going to change the timing belt I bought the whole kit from the local Renault dealer here in Morocco but I don't trust these people because they would tell you we changed it even though they didn't and rip you off. So I bought the kit from them and I'm thinking to take it into a general garage to install it for me. Question is can it be installed correctly by a general garage or does it need some special skill from a renault professional to install?? Please answer me asap guys . Btw it's a Clio 197 2008 model

The job requires special tooling to complete the task correctly. I would expect a competent mechanic to be able to complete the task fairly easily.

Obviously I have not been to your country but I highly doubt a Renault dealer would pretend they did the belt.

As above is your answer though. Special tools but most should be able to do it.
