Timing on a 182

Hi just wondering if anyone knows some information my dephaser pulley needs changing and I have the tool to lock the cams and the crank shaft do I need a tool for the cam pulleys is it possible to mark them with tipex, when I done the cambelt I marked them last time, just been reading up that you can't do it without the sprocket tool

tippex is fine, just use the genuine renault stuff...
