ive been onto the RAC legal about this new business about tinting the front windows being illegal from the 1st january 2004. They seem to think that if you had the windows done before this date the police have been told to treat these cases fairly. What this means i dont know, they advised me to contact the Department of Transport causethey were the ones who said bout thisfairly business. Anyone got any info before i phone, ill post my results whe i got em.
