Tips For Removing 182 Head Unit

Just got myself a new head unit so obviously looking to fit it. What's the best way to get the standard head unit out as I haven't got the removal tool?

Is everyone on crack? It's 2 pieces of bent metal. Get a wire coat hanger, clip and bend. Or pay money for someone else to do it.

lol. The guy I bought my 182 from gave me the release keys he got from renault. ffs it is clearly two bits of bent wire coat hanger.
