tips on how to remove diamonds and spraying techniques?

Diamons just pull off 
very hard job to snap the clips on them, the rear badges are bit harder to clip off, I managed to snap the clips on mine so I have to superglue them back together, side bullets just pop off using a small flat head screwdriver.
For spraying etc, first sand down using grade 600/800/1200 wet + dry sandpaper (can get from halfords) then spray all over with primer, I myself do two coats of primer leaving 15mins between each coat for it to dry. Then use your choice of paint, again I do two coats leaving 15mins inbetween. Then use clear laquer over this, I do again two coats of the laquer, but leaving an hour between each coat, also I leave an hour between painting and laquering also. People say to leave around 24hours but ive been fine so far.
With spraying just go from one side to the other, also remember to spray the top and bottom, making sure all coats are even. Its a fairly simple task
