tips on removing rod ends??

they on the track arms (duh)
ive managed to get the locking bolt looose,
but cant seem to budge the rod end from the track arm!!

is there any tips to doing this??
or shall i use heat and patience??

Heat them up a little bit

Or you could try some Shock and Unlock on the track arm
