toad ai606 problem

  535d / t5 caravelle
anyone got a toad ai606 alarm on there car? got one on my car, but have no user guide for it, when i lock the car by pressing the green button it locks the doors then unlocks them? although the car is still immobillised, only just started to do this, am i doing something wrong or is it likely to be a fault?

i suppose the alarm has a few features on it, which i am unaware of, due to having no instructions

I have this alarm...... but not sure about your problem. Hmmmmm

Does it just unlock it once you lock it?! No beeping as if door/bonnet/boot open?!

I had this alarm on my dynamique.....try unlocking it, if it unlocks....press the unlock button again if the doors click again as if unlocking you may need to reset it......tho if you dont have a manual to hand, maybe give this a try mate: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5847054686&ssPageName=MERC_VIC_ReBay_Pr2_PcY_BIN_IT

Maybe worth the 99p.

just tried that mate, still no joy, but thanks for the ebay link, i'll purchase that asap, and get it booked into the alarm shop before it goes walkabout

well its booked into the alarm shop in the morning, after a brief chat with him he has told me that it will be my central locking that is at fault, so i figure this is a good chance to get my electric sunroof motor fitted and wired up to the full closure alarm system:cool:
