Toe eye Rings

I have seen a lot of pictures on here with people having toe eye ring things? Where can i get one? They finish the front off quite nicely!

OMP do yellow ones but you need to drill the standard thread to fit the bolt in the end to hold it on, just pm Si or stop being tight?
