TomTom Navigator 6 Maps work with TomTom One

Just bought the UK TomTom One V2 for my Dad for xmas, but as a little something extra was going to put some extra maps on a cd for him.

However i am unsure what other maps work, i have TomTom Navigator 6 on my N80 and have a france map but dont the version and not sure if it would work with the TomTom One.

Any one know any information?

IIRC the maps only work for specific units....

you cannot cross-use maps.
Look on TomToms website and list the accessories available for our unit.

Yes, you can but the process isnt legal.

That doesnt worry me!

I might download a few TomTom 6 Maps and try them on the Spare SD card i have....
