you need a torx key/socket to remove the bolts

yup! you need a good socket set, remove the 2 from the protector bar behind the rear seats, then get a T40 torx bit iirc and remove the bolt from between the seats, the other gold one is just a locating stud. Also good muscle as it was a b*****d to get those first 2 bolts out as they are unprotected to the elements under the car so spray lots of wd40 on before and mine sqeaked like hell with each twist. When you put the bolts back in clean them up. Hope that helps you

yup^^may need a t40 though if the flat bolt is down tigh so the metal wont slde out
