Top mount bearing, which way up?

Nabbed this from the FAQ this is upside down isnt it should be the other way up, I cant for the life of me remember as its been in bits all week lol on H&Rs BTW

It's upside down but IIRC doesn't sit directly ontop of the piston like that, there should be a "hat" for the spring and it sits on that

Yeah got that, I've just got a complete new topmount for it. I was about 80% sure it was wrong just needed confirmation
