Top mount replacement

I'm having the dampers on my car rebuilt and have seen the top mounts and they look ok - no cracks or wear as such but I guess with the weight of the engine on the front suspension and being near 5 years old they could do with replacement.

How do you know if the top mounts are sh*gged?

Is it worth replacing the bearings too or do they rarely fail?

Where is the best place to get the top mounts from? Anyone got part numbers please?

Do the clio 1.2 or kangoo top mounts actually fit? Part numbers anyone

if replacing top mounts id get a decent set from ktec or similar
if there not knocking or clicking then theyu should be fine as they are imo
