Top mounts reduce play in the suspension to tighten up the steering and improve the feedback given to the driver. Well worth the money IMO as ive just done mine and there is a noticable difference.
A strut brace joins the two trurrets together and reduces chassis twist when cornering although there is an on going debate on here as to whether they are any use on a clio because the turrets are so close to the firewall.
