Torn Speaker - fixable?

I went to fit my Phoenix Gold components last night & noticed that the rubber bit, that allows the speaker to 'move' has a small tear in it. Doh!!

Can i just glue this back up, or have i killed them :dapprove:

I glued someones standard ones round the edge once after he turned them up too loud - been fine for 6months or more now lol.

Try Araldite possibly?
